Yard Drainage Experts was born out of a simple belief — that every homeowner deserves a dry yard and a protected home. I Brian Villanueva started Yard Drainage Experts because of a personal basment flooding problem and foundation issues I also noticed too many homeowners in Joliet and the surrounding suburbs dealing with the same frustrating water problems year after year with no real solution in sight. So I decided to do something about it.

We are a local business rooted right here in the Joliet community. We live here, we work here, and we care deeply about the neighborhoods we serve.
